Welcome Autumn and the Changing Season

Try a Hot Stone Massage or One of My Free Add ons!
Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great summer and have stayed healthy! Autumn begins September 22nd, which is in a few days. What will the changing season bring? Apple picking, football, Halloween, soup making, hot cider, putting our air conditioners away and pulling out the cozy blankets. I am adding Hot Stone Massage to my menu of services, which I think will be nice for chilly weather and the changing season. In the summer, I hadn’t been using any extra heat. However, with the weather getting colder I am adding a hot stone massage option. You will get 75minutes for $95. Hot Stone Massage is more relaxing, it is still therapeutic but has more focus also on the relaxation aspect. Basalt Rock Stones are heated in my hot towel cabby then I hold the stones as I massage over your muscles throughout the whole massage. The heat helps warm up the muscles before I try to work out the tense areas. It feels pretty nice and I recommend everyone to try it at least once. Aside from hot stones I also have moist heat packs which work differently than the hot stones. Hot packs are free of charge. This is a moist heat versus dry heat because the packs are soaked in very hot water then placed in terry cover and towels (to provide some layers between your body and the heat) this is a deeper penetrating heat to one surface area. The pack is left in place for about 20minutes versus the hot stones just cross over your skin fairly quickly. Both Hot Stone and Heat packs are really nice to warm up during the changing season.

I want to highlight I also have some additional free add ons: cupping and rockblade. They will be in the menu options as free add ons for when you are doing the online booking process. If you normally book directly through me instead of online then please just let me know if you want to try one of these. Cupping helps free up the fascia layers from muscle through suction. Rockblade is an instrument asissted soft tissue manipulation I use more to break up stubborn adhesions, taut bands and trigger points.
My Current Hours
With school now in session I have also expanded my hours. I will be available every week again during the school day. I will continue to work every other week when it comes to Saturdays and evenings. If you are having a hard time finding an open space that works, please message me and I will try my best to find something that works. Sometimes I can move around a few things in my schedule to make that happen.

My small business recommendations:
I want to start highlighting fellow small businesses in my newsletters. We have a new tenant in our office who does Reiki, his name is Walter. He is brand new to owning a business and is looking for new clients. If you are interested in trying Reiki you can contact him at his website: www.mindbodyandreiki.com
Additionally I want to highlight my friend Jeanne’s business, Flawless Face, LLC she is an aesthetician. Jeanne gives the most amazing facials out of any business I have tried. She is extremely knowledgable, her office is clean and relaxing, she even offers something called meso therapy. She also has a sauna in her office. If you would like to give her services a try you can find her at: www.flawlessface.net She is located off 92nd and Forest Home which is not far from my office.

Thank you!
As always I want to say thank you so much to everyone who has sent me a referral. It has helped me greatly! I appreciate these and feel very complimented that you would recommend me to someone you care about. Thank you!
Help Support my business through google reviews and social media
Thank you to everyone who has left me a google review, this really helps my google ranking and to be seen when someone is searching for a new massage therapist. If you haven’t already done so, please consider helping me out by leaving me a review here: https://g.page/r/Cfn4l8EsadBGEBM/review?ia
I have hired my daughter to help me manage my social media pages. Watch for some of her creations beginning October. We are trying to plan some out ahead. She is just learning a few things and would really appreciate if you give her work some likes and shares. This is something new I am experimenting with, I am trying to teach her entrepeneurship.
