Cancellation/No Show/Late Policy:
when showing up late for your massage, your massage will be cut shorter as the scheduled end time will remain the same. I can’t accommodate extra time when I have a client booked after.
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel in less than 48 hours, it will be difficult for me to fill that time slot. If you need to cancel or reschedule, text or email me 48 hours in advance. I understand that in the case of illness or emergency, this is not always possible, and exceptions will be made in certain circumstances.
If insufficient notice or no notice is given, clients may be responsible for partial or full payment.
No Refunds on pre-paid massage sessions or gift certificates.
