POLICIES

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Additional time cannot be added if another client is booked afterward.
Communication:
All communication must be conducted via email or text. This allows full focus on clients during sessions and helps maintain healthy boundaries outside of work hours.
Behavior Policy:
Any inappropriate, sexual, aggressive, or threatening behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session and may lead to refusal of future services.
No-Show Policy:
I understand that unexpected situations arise, so the first no-show will be forgiven. Any subsequent missed appointments will be charged at the full session rate. Repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges, as missed appointments prevent other clients from scheduling that time.
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations make it difficult to fill the appointment slot.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, clients may be responsible for partial or full payment. Exceptions may be made in cases of illness or emergency.
Refund Policy:
No refunds are offered on prepaid massage sessions or gift certificates.
